Indie-rockers Locksley are set to headline this year’s Freakfest on October 29th. The festival, set to take place in Madison, WI, will be a homecoming of sorts for Locksley, also based in Madison. Freakfest is said to be one of the biggest Halloween parties of the year, attracting an estimated 55,000 people in 2010.
